FUN FACT:

In the past, I worked in gastronomy as a chef in fine-dining and Michelin-starred restaurants in France and California. I founded my company Jöne’s Gelato in San Francisco (a wholesale paleo gelato business) and I also worked in specialty coffee as a barista trained in both SCAE and SCAA standards. These past experiences honed my skills in efficiency, functionality, and management in small café and restaurant design--I’m available for these types of commercial/retail projects as well.
