Efficiently Designed 45 m² One-Bedroom Flat

In the first phase of this budget-friendly renovation, this bright and quiet 45 m² (484 ft²) one-bedroom flat was thoughtfully transformed to enhance its charm and functionality. We added wainscoting to bring subtle elegance and character to the walls, and polished the original flooring to highlight its natural Parisan charm. Minimalist furnishings were chosen to create a sense of openness and balance, while strategic pops of color broke up negative space and added warmth. This initial phase focused on maximizing the flat's potential while keeping costs low, setting the stage for further enhancements.
