This 75 m² (807 ft²) 2-bedroom flat located in the heart of Amsterdam is a techno music producer’s dream. For the interior, we created a bold aesthetic of dark-techno-meets-funk with a touch of disco! The flat had limitations on what could be remodelled, but simple upgrades like new floors and vivid contrasting paints made it feel like a complete transformation. You don’t need a huge budget in order to create a vibrant and functional space. Feng shui, mineralogy, and purifying plants were used throughout the space to align the energy and spirit of the home.

We incorporated matte black with high-end appliances to bring a modern touch and chic dark elegance to the flat. It was so much fun curating eye-catching accessories like the metallic blue Edison light bulbs (dance club in the kitchen!) and a real rotating disco ball with flashing lights that moves to the music!
